Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Before Government Filing (100% Full Refund): If you contact support@onepassvisa.com to cancel your order before our specialists have submitted your application to the government portal, we refund 100% of your payment (both the government fee and our service fee).
• Application Declined by Immigration (100% Service Fee Refund): Once an application has been submitted to a government portal, the statutory government fee is retained by the government and is non-refundable. However, if your application is declined by the government authority, OnePassVisa refunds 100% of our service fee (including any Priority review fee).
• Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Privacy Policy & Passport Data Security

OnePassVisa collects personal information—including full name, date of birth, passport number, contact details, and required document uploads—solely for the purpose of preparing and filing your requested travel document.

• All data transmissions are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3.
• Uploaded passport scans and portrait photographs are used exclusively for your filing and are automatically purged after 30 days, or immediately upon your written request to support@onepassvisa.com.
• We never sell, rent, or share personal data with third-party marketers.

Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

OnePassVisa.com is an independent private agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

Travelers are never required to use a third-party service to obtain an eVisa, ETA, or digital arrival card. Every destination page on OnePassVisa.com provides a direct link to the official government portal where you can apply independently for the statutory government fee only (which is US$0 for free official digital arrival cards such as the Thailand TDAC, Singapore SGAC, and Malaysia MDAC).

Cookie Policy

We use essential browser storage (localStorage) to save your selected display currency, your selected passport country, your cookie consent preference, and any application draft you explicitly choose to save on your device.

Analytics and conversion measurement tags operate under Google Consent Mode v2 and default to denied until you click "Accept All".
