Every price across our website follows one formula: Government fee + US$59.99 OnePassVisa base service fee + optional priority review (if selected) = the listed total. Applicable taxes and other third-party charges are separate. There are no hidden surcharges or pre-selected add-ons.

Official digital arrival cards for Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia are free (US$0 government fee) when submitted directly on the government portal within 3 days before arrival. Travelers choose our optional US$59.99 service so they can enter their trip details right after booking flights, have our specialists check passport and flight numbers, and automatically receive their confirmation as soon as the 3-day window opens.

Our review time is how long our specialists take to check your details, format your documents, and submit your application (within 6–12 hours for eVisas/ETAs, within 4–6 hours for arrival cards, or within 1–2 hours with Priority review). Expected processing is how long the government authority takes to issue the outcome after submission.

If you cancel before our team submits your application to the government portal, you receive a 100% refund of both the government fee and our service fee. Once submitted to the government, statutory fees are non-refundable, but if immigration declines your application, we refund 100% of the OnePassVisa service fee.
