No. OnePassVisa is an independent private travel document service. You can always apply directly on the official government website for the government fee only. Travelers use OnePassVisa for simplified forms, manual passport and photo review, and email support.
Every price follows one formula: Government fee + US$59.99 OnePassVisa base service fee + optional priority review (if chosen) = the listed total per traveler. Applicable taxes and other third-party charges are separate. Official government fees are verified against each government portal and shown beside our service fee.
Official digital arrival cards for Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia have a US$0 government fee when filed within 3 days before arrival. Our optional US$59.99 service lets you enter your trip details anytime after booking your flight; we check your details and submit when the official window opens.
Cancel before we submit your application to the government portal for a 100% full refund of all fees. Once submitted to the government, statutory fees are non-refundable, but if immigration declines your application, we refund 100% of our service fee.
